Okay, so I had a job interview on Tues. Nov. 23rd and I was really confident. I came out of the interview FOR SURE i was going to get it.. the rest of the week rolled around, monday, tuesday, ... still hadn't heard anything. I WAS SOOO ANXIOUS and I had to constantly pray becaues I was so wanting to hear if I got it or not. Then, RIGHT WHEN I convinced myself that I didn't get the job, I GOT THE CALL... and i GOT THE JOB!!! WOOHOO! :) I really think the lord was teaching me a lesson on arrogance (hey Julian -- we have something in common!) ;)

Congratulations, Kristen! That's awesome to hear! God may have also been teaching you about patience. I'm reminded of some Old Testament stuff.
And it was Rachel that Jacob loved. So Jacob answered, "I will work for you seven years for your younger daughter Rachel." Seven years! And it didn't even end there for poor Jacob.

Now he is a patient man! For some, it's hard to wait for marriage to kiss. This man had to wait 14 YEARS! Talk about patience!

Guess what everyone......................... I HAVE NO MORE MONO!!!!!!!!!!!!! YAY! That's finally out of my life. Whomever has thought of wanting it, you have no idea what it can do to a person.
