I can't even begin to say how proud I am of this youth ministry and your desire to connect and communicate. This message board's success is beyond what I imagined it to be! We have more active users and over FIVE TIMES the posts as the Church of Living Water's website. That's right, our tiny youth group against their entire HUGE church! We get an average of 60 hits per day!

Because of the growth, I have a message board leadership position available: MODERATOR.

What is a moderator?: A moderator will get extra forum privilages, such as the ability to edit other peoples posts if they use bad language and/or do not follow the rules, or ban/suspend users if they continually keep doing so. A moderator is at a higher level than the other posters, and is expected to live up to that responsibility. A moderator must regularly participate in conversation, and is expected to read EVERY post

I want to be a moderator. What do I do?: Ah, what this post is about. Reply to this thread with the following information:

1. Your name.
2. Who you would like to nominate for moderator (CANNOT be yourself)
3. Why you think they would make a good moderator.

If you want to be nominated, create a compaign! Make your signature say "Nominate me for moderator!", send PM's to people asking them to nominate you, etc.

VOTING IS POSTPONED UNTIL WE GET SOME NOMINATIONS..

the only problem is that only like 3 ppl write on here, so all u have to do is get 2 votes and u win, thats kinda messed up, isn't it??

well, not nessacerily, if joey annonces (sp) it during like a tuesday night and if we help motivate people to come on here and vote and talk more than it'd be tight!!! i jus sent an e-mail out to all of my friends that i have invited telling them to join the messegeboard!

Oh yeah... and WHY should Joaquin be moderawhowhatsit?  Because *I* SAY SO!  MUAH HA HA HA HA.  I think thats as good of a reason as any.

There just aren't enough people to do a 'vote', so I'm going to make this simple. I love both of you guys and have no bias, so I'm going to put 5 peices of paper in a hat for each of you that say your name, and pull out one from the hat. I'm doing this right now...
